Background
2 Cousins Powered Access provide a number of aerial platforms (scissor and booms) available for hire as well as a cost effective range of services in relation to mobile elevated working platforms. They also provide training and assessments if required prior to equipment hire.
The Issue
2 Cousins Powered Access had been using a manual system to keep track of their access equipment. Invoicing in particular took a long time to process and was incredibly labour intensive. It became apparent that 2 Cousins required a hire system that would generate their contracts, delivery and collection notes as well as automate their invoicing procedure to significantly increase their back office productivity.
The Solution
