When you work with inspHire, implementing a great software solution is only half the story. We’ll develop excellent relationships with your team and make suggestions that can really help your business grow. It’s not just core requirements we’re interested in. It’s the peripheral ones too; the extra things that really help save you time and make your life easier.
Consultation
Our number one priority with all our clients is to build a great relationship so we can find out exactly what you need your software to do, and how you want your business to grow. Before we even think about suggesting a solution we’ll visit your company to get a detailed picture of your requirements. Then, once we know your business inside out we’ll talk through our proposed solution and make sure you’re totally happy. Doing things this way helps build a positive working relationship and allows us to continually support your business as it develops.
Project management
Every client is assigned a dedicated project manager who’s available to answer questions and to guide the programme successfully through to go live and beyond. Project managers will help you implement our software solutions, make sure deadlines are met, and ensure all elements of the systems are working together. And of course they’ll be on hand to offer advice as and when you need it.
Installation
Our implementation team is packed full of Microsoft qualified engineers. They’re a very useful bunch and when you buy software or hardware from us they’ll be available to install it for you. They’ll happily sort out everything from network configuration and servers to remote connections and even printers.
Training
Once we’ve recommended a suitable solution for your company, our team of highly skilled trainers will be happy to provide practical lessons and training in how to use your chosen system. All training programmes are available for individuals or groups and can be carried out at your premises or ours at a time to suit you.
Support
If you’re tired of phoning helpdesks that don’t help then you’re going to be delighted with our support teams. For a start, they really do sort things out. They’re recognised for their extensive skills and competence, not just in our systems but also in all the other applications that go with it. We want to be truly helpful so all our support teams are also experts in Sage, Crystal, Windows, Goldmine CRM and Great Plains. Even if the problem is someone else’s fault we’ll do our very best to get to the bottom of it and to offer advice and assistance. And it’s not just the phone teams who’ll help you either. All our pre-sales and implementation teams are happy to do their bit too – as are the project managers. Support lines are available from 7am to 7pm so we’re on hand whether you’re starting early or finishing late.
In addition to our support team, we’ll also provide access to our online Customer Portal which contains our latest product updates, help manuals and knowledge based documents, all designed to help you get the most from your inspHire system.
Development
We’ve assembled a strong, experienced development team; a team of dedicated people who are constantly updating their skill sets to keep pace with the latest programming developments.
We constantly assess and update our packages. We create new builds regularly as we strive to keep pace with the latest innovations and industry trends - constantly adding value to your investment. Technology is changing fast and we’re right there to help you keep up.
All our systems have been specially designed to grow as your company grows - our products can be continuously upgraded and added to as your needs change. Whatever you need, we’ll have it covered.
We can also help if you need some custom development for the unique way your company works. From writing the specification through development, testing and customer sign-off.
Each new build is rigorously tested by our quality assurance team – and it won’t be released until we’re happy with it. And our technical authors also work closely with the development team, on hand to fold in any changes to our documentation as and when updates are made.
