New Day Book Planner - Utilising the latest .net technology, inspHire has developed a new Day Book Option to create vehicle runs for contract, sales order and workshop job deliveries and collections to and from your depots.

inspHire on Android - Launched at The Executive Hire Show 2013

At inspHire, we pride ourselves on being market leaders of innovation, with a passion for the hire industry, emerging technologies and developing new and exciting products and features that will enable hirers to increase productivity and business efficiencies.
inspHire recognises that having instant access to real-time data, whilst on the move, is crucial in order to remain competitive in this market place. In line with this, inspHire will be launching, inspHire on Android, selected to be included in the Innovation Trail at The Executive Hire Show on the 6th and 7th of February.
This application will provide inspHire users with the ability to access key business data whilst out on site, completing jobs directly from their very own Android devices. Although traditional PDAs are sufficient from a functionality point of view, these robust devices are also notoriously expensive. inspHire aims to make exclusive technology easy to use, affordable and accessible to all hire companies, which has led to the development of inspHire on Android.
Key features include:
- Complete delivery, exchange and collection signature capture and store this back into inspHire.
- Take photos at On-Hire Off-Hire and then push jobs and instructions to the correct devices.
- Send messages on the move to drivers and fitters, whether this is a delivery note, collection note, exchange or general instructions.
inspHire's interactive Business Intelligence Dashboards will also be demonstrated at the Executive Hire Show, providing vital business data for hirers, in a simple, graphical format for all different areas of the business. These dashboards have been designed to be customised by the hire company to deliver key information held within inspHire hire management software.

inspHire is dedicated to providing the best customer support possible and is constantly looking for new ways to improve it's levels of service, because of this, inspHire decided to hold free customer focus days, dedicated to the different Hire Industries.
To kick this off, inspHire held a very successful focus day in February, for inspHire customers in the Powered Access Industry.
This was an opportunity for us to get together to openly discuss how inspHire can make improvements, or add new features, to the software to ensure that it is continuously providing inspHire customers with the improved efficiencies they need in todays challenging marketplace, in order to take their Hire Businesses forward.
Eight of inspHire's customers in the Powered Access Industry, joined inspHire for this successful focus day, which included, Geoff Till Access, Easi Uplifts and Interlift Ltd.

inspHire’s success at The Executive Hire Show 2012

The Executive Hire Show 2012 proved to be a great success yet again for inspHire. Interest in the newly launched
Dashboards was high as they were well received by both our customers and prospects alike and early result for the high quality leads taken on the stand for the inspHire Hire Management solutions are already very encouraging.
"We had an excellent show said Mark Taylor, inspHire Business Development Manager, we were inundated with independent hirers waiting to see how our software could make improvements and efficiencies in their hire businesses and the new Dashboards had excellent reviews. The Dashboards are designed to give our customers a live snapshot of how their business is performing whether it's live hire and analytical information for the hire manager, or items due for preventative maintenance or breakdown for the Workshop Manager."
inspHire's 'Show only Deal' also proved to be a big success at the show with two independent hirers, from different market sectors, IDS Tool Hire & Sales and Acrolift Ltd, taking the opportunity to purchase inspHire Express at the show's discounted rate. Both companies have visited inspHire's Nottingham office, where they've had training in how to use the inspHire system to it's full advantage.

Charity Events 2012

Each year inspHire tries to take part in different charity events, working together as a team to help raise awareness and money for some fantastic causes.
This year inspHire took part in the Nottingham Dragon Boat Challenge,in aid of Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People and MOVEMBER 2013, raising awareness for men's health screening. inspHire's Movember team managed to raise £1,471 for this fantastic cause so thank you to everyone that supported this cause and donated to the team.

Successful Vertikal Days Event for inspHire

Last month inspHire demonstrated market leading hire software solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs of the Lifting and Access Hire Industry, at Vertikal Days 2012.
Over the course of the two days, inspHire exhibited key features that are valuable to hire companies within the Lifting, Access and Crane Industry such as:
• Automatic Servicing - inspHire provides you with the option to automatically place items in to a state of service when off-hired so an inspection must take place before it can be hired again.
• Forward Planning - Carry out multiple future bookings for the same piece of equipment, checking clashes and scheduled service and repairs ensuring maximum utilisation of your machinery.
• Create your own custom test certificate criteria, a LOLER certificate for example. Enter the test results, complete the test and attach it to the equipments record for future reference.
Vertikal Days proved to be very successful for inspHire both in terms of receiving high quality leads and holding customer 1-2-1 Workshops over both days of the show, offering inspHire customers with the chance to further their knowledge of their inspHire system.
inspHire also provided visitors at the show with the chance to enter into a free draw for a show only prize of a hot air balloon ride for two. A large proportion of the visitors at the event took part and Leigh Sparrow, editor of Cranes & Access and Vertikal Days Event Organiser, picked out the winning ticket on the final day of the event. The prize went to inspHire customer, Rob Petrie from Access Platforms Aberdeen, who will be soaring high in the sky very soon.
