inspHire High at Vertikal Days 2010

inspHire reported a hot show both in terms of temperature and business at the recent  Vertikal Days event for  the Lifting Equipment  industry.  
“We have had another terrific Vertikal Days, said Olly Williamson of inspHire. We met with many companies who are looking to invest in hire management software this year, and many of whom loved the fresh look of inspHire as well as new features like ‘Quick Views’ which enables users to perform many tasks from one screen so they can get instant access to the  information they require,  whether it be related to their customer or stock.
We also get to meet up with many of our existing customers at the show and those that exhibited reiterated our own positive feedback. One customer, Gordon Jackson of Jackson Group made his first sale on the morning of the first day! 
inspHire customers were also able to attend Masterclass sessions at the event. “As we are constantly developing the product to incorporate new features many of our customers come and see us on the stand to take a look, but the Masterclasses give them the opportunity to spend more time to further expand their knowledge of inspHire and to use the system to its full potential within their own business”.

Gearhouse Broadcast selected inspHire Corporate Edition rental management solution for the AV industry to run its rental operations in the UK and USA.

“inspHire rental software gives us visibility of our sales and rental stock across multiple depots and companies within the group across the globe.  This enables us to forecast rental stock requirements/shortfalls months ahead when planning and quoting for large projects.

Passionate Hirer Award goes to HIRE-IT

305 independent plant hire companies all over the UK were visited anonymously by the Executive Hire News.  After additional visits and telephone enquiries to each of the companies had been made HIRE-IT! was announced the winner at the Executive Hire Show 2010 . The judges highlighted the hirer's  "positive response to the current economic challenges, by entering new markets and identifying where it could add value to its existing business. The Company has evaluated and carefully entered the plant market with a selection of niche machines , many of which are not easily found anywhere else in the area".

inspHire opens Customer Training Suite

Recent building work at inspHire Nottingham Offices is now complete, increasing capacity by over 30% to allow for current and future growth. The extension of office space has also provided space for a state of the art, fully equipped training centre and presentation suite for the use of inspHire customers.
“inspHire Classroom training sessions will be available to all our customers from beginners  right through to advanced users."  Said Graham Dobbs, Managing Director of inspHire. “  We’ve also broken the sessions  down by industry type to ensure that the training is as relevant and useful as possible.  The Classroom Training Sessions are ideal both for new users of inspHire as well as competent inspHire users that would like to expand their knowledge of the inspHire hire management system.  The first inspHire Classroom took place on March 24th and was a great success. ”

Work smarter not harder with inspHire rental management solutions

Selling on service is key when a market is already rate sensitive and most companies are renting out at similar rates. The key to success is to deliver a high level of service to the clients with minimal costs. One of the ways to do this is to work smarter not harder and this is where inspHire have focused time, resource and development. If a client needs a proof of delivery or has a query about a recent or ongoing rental they can self-serve by logging on to the inspHire WebPortal and getting the Proof of Delivery or copy invoice themselves allowing customers to download copy test certificates or instruction manuals at their convenience. inspHire CRM will ensure our customers can be in constant contact with both existing and prospective customers to ensure they are delivering the right service.

Transparency to the customer is what rental companies are being asked for by their customer base and this can be provided using modern day technology and with very little effort. For example, if it’s assumed that all rental companies are offering equipment at the same rate, the only defining factor can be service. The rental company that delivers and collects the correct equipment, on time and with less downtime due to well maintained equipment has a significant advantage over competitors and will play a part in influencing a customer choice of rental supplier.
