inspHire attend Hire Fitness annual franchise conference!

inspHire were invited to attend the Hire Fitness Annual Franchise Conference on Saturday the 14th of January at Whittlebury Hall, Northamptonshire.
Hire Fitness hold an annual conference so they can get together as a company and discuss their latest products and launches.
One of the latest products discussed was the brand new premium fold up treadmill ‘The Chameleon.’ This new treadmill is lightweight and has two small wheels making it portable. ‘The Chameleon’ also has an MP3 connection and bright LED console with a range of challenging programmes and settings, allowing the user to get the most out of the workout.
Hire Fitness is a franchise operation and currently has 14 franchises across the UK and Ireland. These franchises use inspHire Express Edition to track their hire equipment.
During the conference inspHire was asked to show its latest new developments and features to the software.

New features including user friendly Hire Management Dashboards will be launched by inspHire at the Executive Hire Show 2012. inspHire Dashboards provide key, real time, information in a simple, easy to read, graphical format for all areas of the business - whether it’s live hire and analytical information, for the Hire Manager or a snapshot of items due for preventative maintenance or breakdown for the workshop. inspHire’s Dashboards can also be accessed whilst on the move via inspHire-iX, inspHire’s iPhone/iPad application, which was demonstrated at the event last year.

inspHire links to Tradex Electronic Invoicing

Many companies such as Balfour Beatty, Carillion Civil Engineering, Morgan Sindall, Speedy Hire and many more are requesting their suppliers to provide them with electronic invoicing in order to significantly reduce the cost of their procurement and buying processes. As a result inspHire has joined forces with TRADEX, to enable easy transfer of inspHire sales invoices to those companies requesting Electronic Document Interfaces (EDI). inspHire can seamlessly create the correct file format ready for you to load in to Causeway Tradex which will then in turn deliver your invoices electronically to your customers.
It’s simple, secure and extremely cost effective reducing your printing and postage costs as well as often improving payment days.
For a one off fee Tradex will set up your Tradex Account, turn on the required settings and provide some online training if required. They will even take some test data and push it to your connected clients, getting them to confirm everything is OK before switching to a live system avoiding any delays or issues when live. There is an annual fee that includes 900 transactions per annum (transactions in excess of this are chargeable at a rate per transaction). inspHire will also provide 1st line support to ensure you are dealing with a single point of contact and working with people you know.
