inspHire at HAE Awards 2010

inspHire joined a host of industry specialists at the HAE Awards presentation and dinner on Saturday 8th May at the Landmark Hotel in London. inspHire customer SHC Hire Centres took winner of the Excellence in Training Award and Highly Commended in the the Excellence in Customer Care category. Matt Cunningham Operations Director at inspHire said "Once again the HAE put on a great night. We would like to extend our congratulations to all of the award winners and in particular to Claire and the team at SHC Hire Centres for their well deserved success."

At Vertikal Days 2010 inspHire will be demonstrating its Hire Management Solutions – a simple to use hire package tailored to meet the specific needs of the powered access rental market and used by industry specialists like Facelift, Rapid Platforms, AFI, Spiderlift, Easi-UpLifts, and Higher Access.
A simple to use and familiar interface has been designed to give the user a comprehensive view of the business, tracking equipment, customers and trends. inspHire’s full off-hire service routine with attached test certification helps businesses to control their hire fleets effectively. Test Certificates can be tailor made to best fit the business and printed out at the users convenience and the system will also prevent users from booking fleet items without the test certification. Other key features include Service Scheduling, pre-delivery inspections, monitoring machine certification data and tracking tools to enable businesses to improve their service levels.

For the fifth year running inspHire demonstrated its Hire Management Solutions at the PSE exhibition.
“Once again we had the chance to meet both new clients who were keen to see how inspHire could help them make their businesses more efficient, and existing customers who came to see the new functionality. As the industry is so close knit we have received a lot of referrals from toilet hire companies that are already using inspHire’. At the Executive Hire Show inspHire will be demonstrating its complete hire management software solutions, renowned for managing all the day-to-day tasks associated with the running of a successful efficient hire business. Designed for hire companies of all sizes, from start ups to multi-depot organisations and with both end users and management team in mind you won’t find a more intuitively simple easy to use system anywhere on the market. inspHire has been designed to integrate with many of the core accounting systems available today meaning that hirers won’t have to change all of their current systems.
At the Executive Hire Show inspHire will be launching ‘Digital Pen Technology’. The concept relies on the much relied on pen and paper combination (albeit a very sophisticated one), and works by capturing information written by the digital pen and then transmitting the data via a blue-tooth enabled mobile phone to the inspHire rental management system. Within minutes a perfect image of the document with all the hand written additions is available to reprint at leisure. No more hard copy Proof of Delivery to file away!
“We are really excited about this Digital Pen Technology” says Graham Dobbs, Managing Director at inspHire. “Not only can our customers save time and money on both filing and retrieving signed documents they get a confirmation of delivery or collection in the system almost immediately knowing what time equipment was delivered or collected. inspHire Digital Pen Technology

inspHire digital pen technology offers signature and note capture direct into the inspHire software.
The pen itself has a small camera viewing the nib of the pen, recording the pen strokes and detecting exactly where it is on the page and which document it is writing on. The captured information is passed back to the server from the pen via a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone which then pushes the data into ‘the cloud’ and back to the company’s inspHire installation. Within minutes of the customer signing, an exact copy of the document is stored within inspHire ready for retrieval at any point. Even if the driver loses his copy there will always be the copy held in inspHire.

Successful Executive Hire Show for inspHire

inspHire reported a good level of enquiries from prospective customers for its hire management solution from the Executive Hire Show. Olly Williamson, inspHire Senior Business Development Manager said “Another successful show. Excellent organisation yet again by the Executive Hire Team delivered a high quality show for the Hire industry, so well done to Rob and the team. We are pleased with the early results from the show, and the inspHire Digital Pen technology that we were demonstrating was well received by customers and prospects alike, especially those with field base service engineers who could use the pen to complete worksheets, for example, and then load them directly into the inspHire system. The Digital Pen technology is also extremely useful for signature capture on deliveries and collections with the information being stored automatically.”
The inspHire hosted User Forum and Masterclass sessions that took place along side the Executive Hire Show were also very well attended by inspHire customers and it was a great opportunity for them to visit the show, meet other passionate hirers and learn more about their inspHire hire management system .
