inspHire Charity Dragon Boat Race

inspHires Dragon Boat Race
inspHire thoroughly enjoyed taking part, for the second year running, in the charity organised Dragon Boat Race 
that was held in August here in Nottingham.
Gable events did a great job in organising the 38 different companies that took part in helping raise money for 'Rainbows hospice for Children and Young People' and everyone was in high spirits, battling it out against one another.
inspHire dressed to impress following a 'Rock and Roll' theme with Managing Director Graham Dobbs in an Elvis head mask and the ladies of inspHire in polka dot skirts. Competing in three separate races, inspHire improved in
speed each time and on the final race inspHire managed to break a company record and get under the minute mark.
After the 3rd race inspHire got knocked out and unfortunately didn't make it to the semi finals however inspHire beat last years position and came 19th place out of 38 teams - cracking effort from everyone involved and everyone that came down to watch inspHire battle it out and support the inspHire team ' Mental Rental!'

inspHire's red balloon race competition at Vertikal days 2011 proved to be a great success when customer Alan Livingston from ‘Lifting Gear UK’ balloon was found in Warrington.
Visitors to the inspHire stand at Vertikal days 2011 event were asked to complete tickets attached to the balloons which were then released in the afternoon of the second day of the event by John Ball, MD of Easi Uplifts and Graham Dobbs and Karen Miles of inspHire to celebrate the recent launch of inspHire-iX, the iPhone and iPad App for inspHire users on the move.
Graham Dobbs commented “Feed back from our customers who have already installed inspHire-iX has been overwhelming. The main benefit, they say, comes from their sales team being in an informed position and having the information they need, when they are out on the road dealing with customers. “
Alan Livingston was awarded an iPod Touch for the inspHire balloon that travelled the furthest, along with the founder of the balloon winning a £25.00 Amazon voucher - well done to both participants!

Executive Hire Show success for inspHire

inspHire reported a very successful Executive Hire Show this year - with enquiries for its hire management software up by 60% year on year and the sale of their Express Edition solution from the ‘Killer Deals’ voucher booklet, the show has signs of being one of their best ever.
“The Executive Hire Team has delivered another great show said Graham Dobbs Managing Director at inspHire. The level of enquiries was excellent as well as a fantastic level interest from our existing customers in our newly launched inspHire-iX the iPad/ iPhone app for inspHire users on the move. We also had a lot of interest in RFID, which will help hire companies to speed up their processes and therefore bring efficiencies to their businesses. I think everyone at the show felt the buzz again this year which is really encouraging.”
The inspHire hosted Customer User Forum and Masterclasses were also very well attended and gave the inspHire customers the opportunity to combine networking with other passionate hirers as well as building on their inspHire knowledge to get the most out of their inspHire system.

inspHire’s new iPhone and iPad application is for inspHire users on the move. It reads live data from the customers’ inspHire rental management system and features include the viewing of product rates, stock availability with attached images as well as service and test certificate data. Client information with access to zoom enabled Google Maps is also available on the app and is updated by GPS to provide client lists when out of the depot.
inspHire Mobile Working provides a comprehensive system that combines mobile phone technology with the power of a pocket PC. It can now be used to advise drivers, confirm deliveries, capture real-time information and on-site signature and more – all automatically synchronised with the main inspHire system.
New to inspHire’s portfolio of products and available for demonstration on Stand B112 are Scan to PDF, Electronic Invoicing as increasingly required by larger rental organisations like Morgan Sindall and Balfour Beatty and Simply PATs which offers an automated link of test data into inspHire’s system.

inspHire High at Vertikal Days 2010

inspHire reported a hot show both in terms of temperature and business at the recent Vertikal Days event for the Lifting Equipment industry.
“We have had another terrific Vertikal Days, said Olly Williamson of inspHire. We met with many companies who are looking to invest in hire management software this year, and many of whom loved the fresh look of inspHire as well as new features like ‘Quick Views’ which enables users to perform many tasks from one screen so they can get instant access to the information they require, whether it be related to their customer or stock.
We also get to meet up with many of our existing customers at the show and those that exhibited reiterated our own positive feedback. One customer, Gordon Jackson of Jackson Group made his first sale on the morning of the first day!
inspHire customers were also able to attend Masterclass sessions at the event. “As we are constantly developing the product to incorporate new features many of our customers come and see us on the stand to take a look, but the Masterclasses give them the opportunity to spend more time to further expand their knowledge of inspHire and to use the system to its full potential within their own business”.
