Work smarter not harder with inspHire rental management solutions

Selling on service is key when a market is already rate sensitive and most companies are renting out at similar rates. The key to success is to deliver a high level of service to the clients with minimal costs. One of the ways to do this is to work smarter not harder and this is where inspHire have focused time, resource and development. If a client needs a proof of delivery or has a query about a recent or ongoing rental they can self-serve by logging on to the inspHire WebPortal and getting the Proof of Delivery or copy invoice themselves allowing customers to download copy test certificates or instruction manuals at their convenience. inspHire CRM will ensure our customers can be in constant contact with both existing and prospective customers to ensure they are delivering the right service.
Transparency to the customer is what rental companies are being asked for by their customer base and this can be provided using modern day technology and with very little effort. For example, if it’s assumed that all rental companies are offering equipment at the same rate, the only defining factor can be service. The rental company that delivers and collects the correct equipment, on time and with less downtime due to well maintained equipment has a significant advantage over competitors and will play a part in influencing a customer choice of rental supplier.

At the Executive Hire Show inspHire will be demonstrating its complete hire management software solutions, renowned for managing all the day-to-day tasks associated with the running of a successful efficient hire business. Designed for hire companies of all sizes, from start ups to multi-depot organisations and with both end users and management team in mind you won’t find a more intuitively simple easy to use system anywhere on the market. inspHire has been designed to integrate with many of the core accounting systems available today meaning that hirers won’t have to change all of their current systems.
At the Executive Hire Show inspHire will be launching ‘Digital Pen Technology’. The concept relies on the much relied on pen and paper combination (albeit a very sophisticated one), and works by capturing information written by the digital pen and then transmitting the data via a blue-tooth enabled mobile phone to the inspHire rental management system. Within minutes a perfect image of the document with all the hand written additions is available to reprint at leisure. No more hard copy Proof of Delivery to file away!

inspHire Digital Pen Technology

inspHire digital pen technology offers signature and note capture direct into the inspHire software.
The pen itself has a small camera viewing the nib of the pen, recording the pen strokes and detecting exactly where it is on the page and which document it is writing on. The captured information is passed back to the server from the pen via a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone which then pushes the data into ‘the cloud’ and back to the company’s inspHire installation. Within minutes of the customer signing, an exact copy of the document is stored within inspHire ready for retrieval at any point. Even if the driver loses his copy there will always be the copy held in inspHire.

Successful Executive Hire Show for inspHire

inspHire reported a good level of enquiries from prospective customers for its hire management solution from the Executive Hire Show. Olly Williamson, inspHire Senior Business Development Manager said “Another successful show. Excellent organisation yet again by the Executive Hire Team delivered a high quality show for the Hire industry, so well done to Rob and the team. We are pleased with the early results from the show, and the inspHire Digital Pen technology that we were demonstrating was well received by customers and prospects alike, especially those with field base service engineers who could use the pen to complete worksheets, for example, and then load them directly into the inspHire system. The Digital Pen technology is also extremely useful for signature capture on deliveries and collections with the information being stored automatically.”
The inspHire hosted User Forum and Masterclass sessions that took place along side the Executive Hire Show were also very well attended by inspHire customers and it was a great opportunity for them to visit the show, meet other passionate hirers and learn more about their inspHire hire management system .

Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts select inspHire Rental Management System

Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts the leading access rental company operating in Ireland, UK and Slovakia have taken the opportunity to implement a new rental management system to assist with the rapid growth of the company.
After opening its new state of the art, purpose built premises in Dublin it was an obvious next step to start to look at infrastructure and supporting systems. A system that would lead to a more efficient rental process as well as providing detailed business analysis for Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts was essential.
The desire to provide a better service to its customers was also high on the priority list, utilising inspHire Web Portal Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts will be able to offer a secure log in to its customers so they may gain access to information like invoice details, what is on hire where and other key information. inspHire CRM will also assist Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts to keep track of customers and prospects and inform them of important events, news and information, ensuring the customer base is aware of new equipment available for rent.
The workshop module allows all machine maintenance history to be retrieved at a click of a button and scheduled servicing and maintenance can also be easily planned using inspHire. inspHire customer Spiderlift expand to new heights

The Spiderlift company gave Karen Miles of inspHire an exceptional view of the Vertikal Days event from the top of its Leo 50GT. At 50 metres it is the largest powered access platform designed for inside use.
Spiderlift use inspHire to manage its fleet and "it has been fundamental in how we manage our business" said Andy Bray, Commercial Director or Spiderlift. "inspHire gives us all round visibility of the business and this allows us to give our customers a prompt and efficient service, enabling us to keep our customers loyal and to win new business."
In a stagnant market and where other companies are contracting and letting people go, Ranger Equipment/Spiderlift are bucking the trend - the company is growing and to keep pace have moved into purpose built premises, in Chesterfield, where they have dedicated training facilities and offer training to IPAF standard, as well as showcasing their fleet of Teupen spider access equipment.
In addition, and making tracks in the South East on behalf of Spiderlift, is MBS Tracked Access. As a long standing customer of Spiderlift, MBS know the machines very well and have now partnered with Spiderlift to offer the range of machines in the South East. “Working with MBS has allowed us to offer a more comprehensive service to our customer base in the South East, and to service the Olympic development. MBS will now be implementing inspHire rental management system so that we can have a fully integrated system. MBS will have up to the minute information of which machines are available to enable them to provide a fast and efficient service that customers have come to expect from us" said Andy.
