Another successful Executive Hire Show for inspHire Rental Software

16th Feb 2009

Executive hire Show 09

"inspHire has taken a good quantity of high quality leads at this years Executive Hire Show” said Graham Dobbs, Director of inspHire rental management solutions. “We have been very pleased with the early results. Well done to the Executive Hire Show team yet again for a well run and organised show, especially given the current climate".

Graham went on to say, “Many of inspHire’s existing customers also came to see us at the show to see the new features available within inspHire – and there was lots of buzz around our WebPortal and Mobile Working solutions, especially the ‘signature capture’ feature, which allows delivery drivers to capture signatures electronically.

The show also provided a great opportunity for inspHire to hold its independent user forum at the show where our customers commented on ‘how refreshing it was to see lots of new features being demonstrated in inspHire’s presentation as well as being shown how these features could help them run their businesses more efficiently’. Many of the forum members also commented on how useful it was to network with other hire professionals and share experiences and ideas in the current climate”.

inspHire’s independent User Forums are held periodically throughout the year and provide inspHire customers with the opportunity to discuss with each other about the software’s usage and contribute to the future development of inspHire.

Caterpillar down under implement inspHire

15th Oct 2007

Caterpillar dealers ‘Down Under’ implement inspHire

Caterpillar dealers in Australia and New Zealand have recently implemented inspHire rental management software system into their CatRent Stores.

Together with Elev8, its Australian resellers, inspHire is rolling out its Corporate Edition package; providing a comprehensive, multi-currency, multi-lingual, large-scale system for these specialist dealers.

After the successful inaugural install and “go live” for Goughs Cat Rental in Auckland New Zealand, both Cavpower in Adelaide and Hastings Deerings in Brisbane have begun implementation.

Caterpillar Inc. was aware of the flexibility of inspHire’s Windows based rental solution and requested inspHire to demonstrate it to the dealers in Australia. Caterpillar Inc required a system that was easy for their dealers to use, but at the same time contain the rich functionality that could deal with some of the complexities of the CATRent business; inspHire not only met these requirements but in many areas exceeded expectations.

inspHire was one of the few systems investigated that was powerful enough to handle both long and short term hire as well as operated and non operated plant and tool. Integration into many different accounting and third party solutions, in addition to transferring easily from country to country were also key factors in the selection process.

Graham Dobbs, inspHire Sales Director commented “We are very pleased to be supplying Gough’s, Cavpower and Hasting Deering with our inspHire Corporate Edition. With inspHire used by more than 600 companies in 13 countries, it was apparent that we had the vast experience of implementation that the Caterpillar dealers were looking for as well as local expertise from our Australian partners Elev8.”

Elev8 Director, John MarshalI said “inspHire is growing in popularity and is proving to be the reliable, feature rich and powerful business analysis tool companies are looking for.   The growing user base in Australia is gathering momentum with the advent of newer technology released in 2008 including mobile working and web based products, insphire is set to become the industry leader in this region.”
