inspHire demonstrates its hire management solutions at EHS

At the Executive Hire Show inspHire will be demonstrating its complete hire management software solutions, renowned for managing all the day-to-day tasks associated with the running of a successful efficient hire business. Designed for hire companies of all sizes, from start ups to multi-depot organisations and with both end users and management team in mind you won’t find a more intuitively simple easy to use system anywhere on the market. inspHire has been designed to integrate with many of the core accounting systems available today meaning that hirers won’t have to change all of their current  systems.

At the Executive Hire Show inspHire will be launching ‘Digital Pen Technology’. The concept relies on the much relied on pen and paper combination (albeit a very sophisticated one), and works by capturing information written by the digital pen and then transmitting the data via a blue-tooth enabled mobile phone to the inspHire rental management system. Within minutes a perfect image of the document with all the hand written additions is available to reprint at leisure. No more hard copy Proof of Delivery to file away!

The ability to hand write notes about damage or other specific information like collection instructions on a document and for the inspHire system to store this information automatically provides a genuine edge in todays market place helping reduce general overhead costs for running an efficient business”.

inspHire will also be demonstrating recent developments that help hire companies reduce their operating costs, and increase the level of service they can provide to their  customers, these include inspHire Mobile Working, inspHire WebPortal and inspHire CRM.

Also new for this year – inspHire and erento partner on Stand C35. erento - Europe’s leading online rental marketplace making hire items available  to everyone, from DIY enthusiasts to national construction companies, both locally and further afield. “Rental companies can promote their products and prospective customers can search for the best deal that suits them all in the one market place. For rental software providers it is essential they are part of this new offering; to be able to take enquiries online directly from the web and then process the enquiry through their system and allow rental companies to automatically upload products and product information to the erento website with the click of a button” said Clinton Patterson of erento. “We at inspHire see a great future for erento and very much want to be a part of it, choosing to be the first UK based rental software company to work with erento was an easy decision and not an opportunity to be missed” said Graham Dobbs of inspHire Ltd.

For the third year running inspHire will be hosting its Office Edition User Forum at the Executive Hire Show. “In joining forces with the Executive Hire Show our customers get the chance to combine attending the quarterly inspHire User Forum as well as visiting the Show for the Hire industry. We understand that time and resources are precious commodities in this climate and bringing the two together will hopefully go some way to ease those burdens” said Matt Cunningham, inspHire Operations Director.
