Generator Power uses inspHire

We can get all the relevant information out to the required fields easily, invoicing is far superior and we are now able to trace all of our assets which is fantastic. All of the information we could possibly need is now right in front of us, making it easy for us to deal with any queries or enquires that come our way.

The Issue

Generator Power was relying on Excel spreadsheets and paper based documents to manually track all of their assets and help run their hire processes worldwide. However they realised that in order to continue to grow and deliver a top-level 24-hour service to their customers, they needed to be able to work more efficiently and increase productivity in their hire processes. They required a system that was able to track the entire process including the comprehensive services they provide; one that would be regularly updated, based on their needs and requirements.

The Solution

Once Generator Power clearly established their rental management software requirements, they were able to research the market and made the decision to implement inspHire. inspHire has given Generator Power the ability to record the entire hire process from order to invoice. The rich feature set and the power the software provides has meant that they are able to trace their equipment across the world, saving them time and giving them the ability to deliver the service their customers require.
