Lifting Gear Hire London are a hire company who specialise in the supply of all site safety and lifting equipment to the plant and movement industry. With a team that are heavily experienced in the construction industry they are able to design and fabricate lifting equipment for customers based in London and the surrounding areas.

The Issue

Before Lifting Gear Hire London made the transition to inspHire they were tracking their assets using Microsoft Excel. This was an extremely long, inefficient, time consuming process. Serving their customers well became increasingly hard, having to use so many spreadsheets. They decided what they needed was a software package that could be tailored to them, designed by a company who listens to their suggestions then puts them into practice. Building the perfect solution just for them.

The Solution

After viewing two other systems (One of which had been used previously by Kingfisher) Phoenix shook hands and placed an order at The Executive Hire show in February 2008 allowing inspHire Office Edition to be installed, uploaded with stock and tested prior to our April Launch.
