Consultation and Demonstration

We will first find out what you are looking for in a rental software solution and talk through your key objectives. We can then identify the benefits you will enjoy from using inspHire and look at the ROI ensuring you get much more out of the system than you put in. We’ll also show you the relevant features for your individual business requirements, that are currently benefiting hire businesses just like yours.


Implementation, Project Management and Training

Our experienced implementers will be on hand all the way through your project and you can rest assured they have done this hundreds of times with companies just like yours. We will first agree the objectives, milestones and project plan so we are all clear on who is doing what, when and where and we’ll ensure deadlines are met ready for your Go-Live. Our team of highly skilled trainers will provide you with the practical lessons and training on your inspHire solution for either individuals or groups, and can be carried out at your premises or ours at a time to suit you.


Account Management and Helpdesk

We are here to support you after your Go-Live. You will be assigned an Account Manager to help you get the most out of your solution, they will provide tips and advice on which new features will improve your processes, giving you the tools to do what you do better. Our Helpdesk, a dedicated team of Support Analysts are on hand by phone or email to give you assistance when you need it; we can share your screen and shadow you for that extra hands-on help. Our very own inspHire Customer Portal is available on line with Helpfiles, training videos and much more so you can access the information for yourself if you would prefer.



We have a large skilled development team who are constantly improving and adding new features to the software, as well as keeping pace with the latest innovations and industry trends to help you keep ahead in today’s marketplace. Our systems have been designed to grow as you grow, and give you the ability to embrace new functionality and technology as you need it. All our upgrades go through a rigorous testing procedure by our quality assurance team and it won’t be released until we’re happy with it. Our Technical Authors work hand in hand with the team to give you detailed and informative documentation when changes and updates are made. In addition we can also help you if you need custom development for the unique way your company works; from specification writing through to development, testing and your sign off.
