Background

Elavation operates from one depot in Milton Keynes from where they are able to offer the optimum service within a 100 mile radius of Milton Keynes – a local daily delivery service.

Elavation  offer affordable access and safety solutions with some of the most innovative products and services available in the market today.

The Issue

New start up business Elavation Ltd ran the day to day operations using a manual system, on boards and books. Management time and operational controls needed to be improved as mistakes were being made. Elavation knew that they needed to invest in a hire management solution in order to run the business as effectively as possible. They wanted asset and management control and ease of use was a priority.
Two of the founding partners had already used inspHire in previous companies and were very confident in and comfortable with the system.    

The Solution

Elavation selected inspHire Office Edition. From the point of view of Elavation,  inspHire was a perfect fit for their operation, they found the inspHire training extremely useful and are now real experts with the inspHire rental solution. Elavation has found the quality and quantity of the reports function extremely useful, especially the Stock Availability, X-hires and Hire Variants reports.
