Global Materials Handling is located in Merseyside and has been established for 5 years, offering fork lift truck hire for new and refurbished trucks, forklift and small plant transport, service and repair, examinations and sales on both new and used fork lift trucks.

The Issue:
Prior to installing the inspHire software, Global Materials Handling were tracking all company assets manually through Sage Line 50. Although this was functional it proved to be exceptionally time consuming due to each individual service and repair and transport invoices were required to be manually raised on Sage.
The Solution:
Global Materials Handling decided to look for a rental management system that would bring more efficient back office processes as well as being able to provide accurate up to date information for their customers, enabling them to give a high level of customer service. Global Materials Handling began by implementing inspHire Express and due to expansion they have recently upgraded to inspHire Office edition, giving them a wealth of new features for their growing business. By using inspHire software Global Materials Handling are now currently loading all of their fixed asset information, stock, etc so that they know exactly what all their equipment is costing as well as on-going maintenance and repair costs.
