HigherAccess
Background
Based in Ramsbottom, Lancashire, HigherAccess is the UK’s largest multi brand operator of tracked access platforms.
The Issue
HigherAccess used a T-Card system to track and monitor machine movements with which they encountered numerous problems. Primarily the system didn’t provide them with enough information and staff had to be present in the office to use the system.
When Higher Access first started looking for a hire management solution they had certain pre-requisites in mind. Firstly, they wanted a software provider which understood about their industry, had a solid and long standing reputation in the industry for providing hire management software packages to their peers and a company that could provide immediate remote assistance should they have any issues. The last point was absolutely key to HigherAccess, as they were aware of how exposed they would be should the system fail due to user error etc.
In terms of the product itself, HigherAccess required a hire management package that was relatively easy to implement and use on a day to day basis. They also had a requirement for a package that they could grow into as the needs of their business changed.
The Solution
HigherAccess selected inspHire Office Edition.
