The Issue
Like many hire companies Murphy Comhire had used a manual process for keeping track of their hire fleet. But as with all manual systems mistakes were made and it was difficult to keep track of the business.
They required a more effective way to: save data rather than have to file paperwork; find storage for archived files; manually write out contracts over and over again and keep all data in one place. In addition they required a system that would give multiple users access and an instant stock count and availability.
