RE Plant Hire is an experienced UK based plant machinery rental company situated in Port Talbot, South Wales specialising in Telehandlers 3-17m reach and Hiab trucks fitted with crane facility up to 100’ Reach and also have Contract Lift Facilities.

RE Plant has offered an experienced and professional hire service to their customers for over 36 years and constantly strives to supply the best, modern hire equipment with experienced and fully trained drivers.

The Issue

RE Plant Hire was using a hire management software programme and manual spreadsheets to track its equipment and back office processes. The system was old and RE Plant needed to update their hire processes in order to maintain the prompt and reliable service that they assured to their customers.
