• WANTED: Visual Basic Developers

  Salary: Upon application

  One of Nottingham's leading IT solutions providers has been growing steadily for many years. We are an innovator and leader in their field and produce an enterprise software product that has an 80% market share - and we are looking for VB Developers with a background in VB6.
  
  Due to continued success, significant development is planned in 2012. This will consist of a comprehensive and exciting range of enhancements that will revolutionise the product. In addition, the team are also working on the next generation of products using .Net / C# technologies (Web based, enterprise products across unified communication platforms).
  
  You will take ownership of development projects through the full lifecycle, some of which will be bespoke enhancements for large customers. All project work will take place using Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server. Experience of these platforms is essential.
  
  Over time you will gain experience of C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio. If you already have this experience that would be fantastic!

• Internal Sales Lead Generation Executive

  Salary: £18k depending on experience

  Location: Nottingham Office

  The Role

  We are looking for an additional Internal Sales/ Lead Generation Executive to generate and nurture new sales opportunities and acting as a key interface between the Client and the Business Development Team. Your responsibility will be to make the appointment for one of our consultants to provide a presentation to explore possibilities, so no hard sales tactics. Key to the role is ensuring prospects enjoy the whole inspHire experience and have confidence in our organisation. We provide a qualified database to call from and the best supporting sales collateral available. We have the best product, service and team available so selling quality is not an issue.

  You will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing leads and making appointments for our New Business Sales Managers 
  • Making outgoing, qualified business to business calls working from our available prospects database
  • Developing brand awareness to achieve key performance targets
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM database

  • The Successful Candidate will have 

  • A confident, enthusiastic person with attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills and Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities A friendly outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Practical experience of using Microsoft applications.
  • Confident yet patient approach and able to work under own initiative.
  • Well organised with an ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Flexible to be able to deal with and respond to changes.
  • Be able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • At least 6 months experience in a business to business internal sales environment
  • A professional and approachable manner with a strong sense of determination in order to build relationships and to network in our key growth industries.
  • Experience of customer relationship systems is an advantage.

  The Package

  • Full training and support provided by a very experienced team, 25 days annual leave, Company pension scheme available (after probation period).
  • 37.5 hours per week Mon to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm
  • Salary: up to £18k depending on experience

• Support Technician

  Salary: £16,480 - £18,540 (dependent on experience)

  Location: Nottingham

  Technical Support person required to join a thriving Technical Support Team based at our Nottingham offices.

  We are looking for candidates with a good mix of both technical skills, customer service and technical support experience.

  The team support a range of inspHire's own products and related accounting systems based within the hire industry.

  Ideally, you will have the following skill-set and experience:

  - Experience and knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008

  - Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop editions)

  Experience with the following packages would be beneficial but not essential:

  - Crystal Reports

  - Sage Accounting Solutions (Line 50, Line 200)

  - Microsoft Great Plains

  Due to continued growth, inspHire Limited, the market leader in rental management software, is looking for an experienced VB6 Developer to join the team at our Nottingham Offices. 
  
  Candidates must have at least three years commercial experience of working with VB6 technologies. In addition to strong programming skills you will have extensive experience of SQL Server along with related technologies. Experience of the complete software development life cycle would also be beneficial.

  You will be responsible for the design, implementation and testing of enterprise level software applications from detailed software specifications. You will have strong communications, presentation and teamwork skills. You will have the ability to work effectively with a variety of people, from varying backgrounds and at all levels of the organisation.
