- Full item history - Every transaction is recorded in inspHire from original purchase, on and off rent, maintenance, stock take adjustments, losses, and depot transfers through to final disposal. inspHire Stock take routines allow stock takes to take place whilst still running the business and will take care of all losses and gains not only on stock levels but also the values that will need posting the accounting solution
- Manages advanced bookings with ease by forward planning stock availability - Future bookings can be entered on to inspHire allowing for forward planning of equipment requirements, any possible shortages are flagged instantly and can be managed by the user
- Equipment information - Equipment record cards hold all the information you wish to hold against an item such as photographs, parts drawings, specification sheets, and external test certificates. The system can be set up to automatically print these with various documents prints such as a specification sheet with an estimate or quotation. Sales stock and new items held on inspHire can easily be moved to the rental fleet creating the fixed asset register and generating ledger postings accordingly
- Item service schedules and maintenance plans including Test certification production routines with reminders and warnings for items out of test certificate period - Service schedules can be set up against equipment to advance warn of due services, tests or certifications, these results can be recorded and results printed. The next service date will be updates automatically so never losing site of the next action required. Service periods can be specified by days used, days lapsed or by meter readings
