Diary Functions
- Individual User Diaries – Each user has their own diary in inspHire CRM. Each activity that they are a participant in will be displayed in their diary. Users can access other peoples diaries for scheduling appointments or telephone calls.
- Drag and Drop Functionality – If an appointment changes it can be simply moved from one time to anther in the diary, this change will be reflected in all other users diaries. If you are using the Microsoft Exchange 2007 integration these changes will also update your Outlook diaries as well.
- Create Activities from the Diary – It is easy to create activities directly from the calendar by simply right clicking on a date and time period and typing in the required information. The system will pull this information directly into the Activity.
- Microsoft Outlook Integration – inspHire integrates seamlessly to Microsoft Outlook utilising Microsoft Exchange 2007.This enables automatic synchronisation to your users with Blackberries or Microsoft Exchange enabled mobile phones.
