Invoice Query
- Invoice Search – Your customers can drill into a list of all of their invoices that you have issued to them. They can then filter this data and drill into the invoice information; from here they can drill back to the rental contract to see the off-rent information and rental rates.
- Invoice Reprint – Your customers can reprint their rental invoices that are held within inspHire. This will help to reduce the number of calls you will receive for copy invoices and invoice queries etc.
- Invoice Filters – This will allow your customers to filter their invoice information easily. For example, if they want to search for all invoices linking to a particular order number this is simple and easy to find.
