Live Sites

Live site information is key for many rental customers and the inspHire WebPortal allows your customers to retrieve this information at the click of a button.

• Site Status – Your customers can review all of their current rental information by site, so each of your customers can easily see what they have on rent from you and where it is.
• Contract Status – Alternatively, your customers may want to track items by contract or purchase order. The Contract Status tab will allow your customers to see this information easily.
• Rental Information – When a contract or site is selected in inspHire WebPortal you can see all your live rental information including all of the rental rates that the customer is paying as well as any associated accessories attached to the item. inspHire WebPortal will show the rental dates from the contract so your customers can keep track of their current rentals.
• Contract Item Drill Down – When a contract or site is selected the user can drill down into all the items on rent. These items can then be interrogated to see any of the attached documents or other details against them (see WebPortal Product Browser for more detailed information).
• Advance Filter and Searching Facility – inspHire WebPortal has a simple filter facility that will allow your customers to easily search and filter information by various key search criteria such as order numbers, delivery addresses, date ranges and items numbers.
