- Seamless Accounts Software Integration - inspHire integrates with many different accounting packages. inspHire reads information LIVE from your accounts package and posts invoices directly into your sales, purchase and nominal ledgers.
inspHire links to over forty different accounting solutions such as Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 200, Exchequer, Access Accounts, Pegasus Opera, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), QuickBooks, Pastel Evolution, SAP Business One and MYOB. Linking to these systems is simple to do and has many of the features of the Sage links.
We have linked to many different accounts applications (ERP systems): all we need is to be able read the customer, supplier and general ledger information and have the ability to import transaction information. We will work with your ERP supplier to implement the link so you don't have to worry about a thing. This makes inspHire one of the most flexible rental systems in the world.
- Sage 50 - as a Sage Business Partner inspHire offers the best links to Sage you could wish for. With Sage we read all your customer information live at the point that you raise a contract. inspHire will warn you if a customer is over their credit limit, if they are on stop and it will pop up any memos that you have within your Sage application. As this is a live link, inspHire posts invoices directly through to Sage 50, there is no overnight update, meaning that customers' balances are always as up to date as they can be.
- Fixed Asset Register / Depreciation - If you want to generate your monthly depreciation figures, inspHire’s solution is very easy to use. Set the monthly depreciation percentage against the item, nominate the nominal code to post to and simply run our month end routine once a month. This will post depreciation to the nominal ledger in your accounts package.
- Cash Customers - Store your own database of cash customers within Office Edition. Detailed data capture including identification information, transaction history, picture and file attachment
- Cash Management - Effectively tracks till activity, cashes up and calculates deposits and refunds
