Stock and Asset Management
- Holding stock in inspHire - inspHire has a simple yet effective way of managing your hire fleet and sales stock. We use a series of groups and sub groups, for example:
Excavators - Micro Excavators (up to 1 tonne)
- Mini Excavators (1 – 3 tonne)
- Medium Excavators (3.1 – 10 tonne)
- Large excavators (over 10.1 tonne)
You then allocate a fleet item or asset to a group allowing you to report and manage your stock easily.
- Full Item History - All transactions are recorded in inspHire from original purchase information to on / off-hire pictures and attached documents such as test certificates or user instructions.
- Managing Your Depreciation - Against each asset you can create a Fixed Asset Record, allowing inspHire to manage the depreciation for you, this deprecation can be posted directly into your accounts package too.
- Easy Stock Taking - inspHire has a simple stock taking module. You can print out stock level reports, enter the new stock levels directly into the system or even manage this process through Microsoft Excel.
- Inter-Depot Transfers - inspHire has a full two stage depot transfer routine allowing users to move stock and assets from their depot to other depots. Units are tracked when in transit and relevant documentation is also produced.
