Sales Order Processing
inspHire has a dedicated Sales Order Processing system, allowing for the sale of bulk items and uniquely identified items.
- Quick Cash Sales - inspHire has a simple cash sale screen to help you with those quick sales of consumables such as drill bits, sandpaper and PPE. Simply enter the items to be sold, say how your customer is paying and inspHire generates your invoice for you and posts the payment directly to your accounts package.
- Dedicated Sales Orders - Dedicated sales orders allow you to manage estimates, order acknowledgements and dispatch notes separately from your hire contracts. inspHire allows for the sale of both uniquely identified or serialised items, as well as your bulk stock items. Customer special prices and discount structures can also be set up and pulled through automatically. If items come with accessories you can set inspHire to automatically offer these to help increase your add-on sales at the point of sale.
- Dedicated Paperwork - Estimates and other documentation can be generated for sales and these can be emailed directly to your customers. Each time you amend the estimate inspHire saves a revision so you have full traceability. Partial picking lists and delivery documents can be generated at the click of a button to give you real flexibility.
- Reporting - inspHire has many dedicated sales and financial reports as standard. These reports can be split between hire and sales so you can really interrogate what you are selling and who you are selling to.
