Simple on and Off-Hire Process
- Simple On-Hire process – inspHire has a very simple hire process allowing users to easily add items to hire contracts or hire estimates.
- Document Generation – Each inspHire hire contract can generate the following documentation: Picking Lists, Delivery Notes, Hire Agreements, Collection Notes, and Advance Invoices.
- Fast On-Hire – Allows you to create a very basic hire contract within 4-5 clicks of the mouse.
- Cash Customers – A very simple hire process for cash customers allows you to take deposits and keep the customer's details within inspHire. Cash transactions are consolidated to one single cash account reducing the number of accounts in your accounts package.
- Time Sheets – inspHire has a full timesheet routine for any operated plant, allowing you to track back to back costs and any additional charges that you may have to make, simply enter the hours and inspHire will work out the overtime and create the invoice.
- Customer Special Pricing – inspHire automatically applies 'customer special prices'/discounts to the hire contract, and also highlights this information on the hire contract.
