Scan to PDF
Scan to PDF is a new application available for inspHire Office Edition customers that allows you to scan any printed document and automatically attach it to a location within inspHire. Documents such as -
- Proof of Delivery
- Off Hire Note
- Collection Note
- Health and Safety Sign offs
- Drivers Time Sheets
- Customer Purchase Orders
Simply scan your documentation, either in bulk or individually, and Scan to PDF then stores them in a designated file location on your PC or server. A barcode created by inspHire identifies the type of document and automatically attaches it to the relevant inspHire Hire Contract or Sales Order as a PDF file.
