A Manual System Couldn’t Handle HireWays Growth

Prior to implementing inspHire, HireWays were using a completely manual process to track all equipment. With a growing number of contracts to fulfil and an expanding fleet, it became incredibly labour intensive and time consuming to keep all information up to date. Staff began spending too much time on menial tasks, it became harder to get the important jobs done and focus on giving great customer service.

With no real-time data and a growing list of discrepancies, HireWays decided it was time to take their processes to the next level and began to search the market for a rental management software provider.
