The New inspHire WebPortal

We’ve given inspHire WebPortal a brand new look and added loads of new features, bringing you and your customers even greater benefits. This powerful new product allows your customers to self-serve 24/7, reducing your input and extending theirs.

Designed to help you give even better customer service and increase brand loyalty, inspHire WebPortal gives your customers access to key information such as existing and historical contracts as well as all associated documents like invoices, delivery notes, rates paid, quantities ordered and test certificates.

Whether or not your hire desk is open inspHire WebPortal will help you to provide fantastic levels of customer service. Give customers access to your online catalogue allowing them to request equipment hire at their own leisure.

Give customers the ability to extend or end their hire contracts: If a customer knows that their job is going to run over and they need the equipment longer than specified, they can quickly request to extend the contract or if they’ve completed the job early and are no longer using the hired equipment, they can end the contract and return the hire item.

Customers will also be able to access their key account information and run their own reports, such as; ‘what’s out where’, ‘contract status’ and ‘contracts due to end’ reports giving your customer more control and allowing them to regularly inform you if the status of your equipment needs to change.
