When I first became aware of inspHire’s Graduate Scheme and what it would entail, I was immediately interested. The Graduate Scheme gives me the opportunity to further my knowledge in the programming languages that inspHire use and enhance my programming abilities.
As all of my experience has been in development and that is the career path I want to pursue, my entire graduate scheme will be completed in the development department. This will allow me to focus purely on the development of inspHire products and enhancing my programming knowledge even further.
I particularly enjoy working at inspHire because of the culture, there is a friendly and open atmosphere and as many of my colleagues have years of experience, this culture has allowed me to learn a lot from them. Working in an environment where everyone is willing to take the time to help me and give me advice has allowed me to settle in well and be confident in my own abilities.
I see a long term future at inspHire, I would like to continue developing my knowledge and skills, then upon completion of the Graduate Scheme I aim to be placed as a permanent developer within inspHire.
All students who are coming to the end of their course and want to pursue software development should consider inspHire as an employer. You definitely won’t regret it!
