It’s Christmas Time!

With Christmas fast approaching and celebrations getting underway, we thought it time to let you know the changes to our opening hours over the festive period.

Our sales office will be closed from 5pm GMT on December 24th and will re-open at 9am GMT on January 2nd. As always, our helpdesk will be operating at reduced hours over the festive period. You will be able to contact them by emailing helpdesk@inspHire.com. Alternatively, should you need urgent assistance you can call them during the following hours:

A Couple of Christmas Tips

As both you and your customers wind down for Christmas, you might decide you want to suspend their contracts so they’re not being charged over the festive period.

Don’t forget, you can easily do this using inspHire. Suspensions can be applied to individual items, to all items on a contract, or to all contracts for a customer. An option also allows you to suspend by percentage. For more information, see the section on suspending items in the supplied Help File, which can be accessed by pressing the F1 key within your inspHire system.

Also, with the end of the financial year approaching, those companies with December year ends will be preparing for their annual stock take. To help we’ve created a quick overview video which you can watch below. This shows you how to allocate stock take to teams or individuals, count by a group or bin location as well as simply import/export data - while some users might prefer to use the stock functionality on inspHire Mobile, others might prefer to use Excel spreadsheets. Once you have counted and verified your stock we’ll show you how easy it is to fix stock levels and amend prices if needed.
