GT Access uses inspHire

“We could not have achieved the growth without we have without inspHire. From a management reporting perspective inspHire has given us access to a vast amount of business information that we can use to analyse how the business is performing and use it to forecast. inspHire has also helped us become more eco-friendly, making most of our operations paperless, this has saved us a lot of time and has helped us deliver an even better service to our customers.”

Jonathan Till, Managing Director

The Issue

In the early days, GT Access tracked and invoiced its equipment manually. The fact that it was taking them so long to do the invoicing every month, was the trigger they needed to look for a hire management system that would do this work for them. With plans to grow, GT Access needed a hire software solution that would be continually developed using the latest technologies in order to further improve their business processes and continue to grow their already thriving business.

The Solution

Implementing the system in the late 1990’s, GT Access is a long-standing customer of inspHire. At that time inspHire was on the verge of launching the first Windows package onto the market and this was a key factor for GT to select the inspHire hire management solution.

As well as inspHire Office, GT Access are utilising inspHire Mobile. Jonathan Till, Managing Director said “I particularly like the way inspHire is constantly developing the software, especially the Mobile Working product. Things change all the time - equipment needs to be available and Mobile Working gives companies the flexibility to organise collections quickly as the jobs come in to the depot.” GT Access are using inspHire Mobile for a variety of tasks, such as, completing LOLER examinations on site, entering test results, capturing signatures and photos to generate legally binding documents and certificates.
