Unless specifically set out in the Quotation, inspHire shall invoice the Customer as follows:
Software is provided on either a one-time purchase or SaaS (Software as a Service) basis.
Where the Quotation stipulates the software is on a one-time purchase the software licences are invoiced on order and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
Where the Quotation stipulates the software is on a SaaS basis, this is invoiced on order annually in advance and is subject to a minimum 36 month term and the term start date is based on the contract date.
Software Support Services
Where one-time licence purchases have been made the Software Support Services are invoiced annually in advance on the date the software is installed and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Professional Services are invoiced after the time ordered has been provided with applicable expenses and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Development & Customisations
Development services are invoiced in advance and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date – charges for preparation of a Specification are invoiced on a time and materials basis under the Professional Services time above.
All other products and services
Charges for all other Products and Services shall be invoiced on the Contract Date or as otherwise set out in the Quotation.
