Launched in September 2014, Current RMS has already gained a large international customer base within the live events, production and broadcast rental sector so we are now looking to recruit for another Product Specialist to join our friendly team. 

This is a multi-skill role encompassing help desk, on-line product demonstrations and webinars, exhibition attendance (where required), documentation writing, how-to videos and more! 

The ideal candidate would be an outgoing character with a passion for customer service, you will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be prepared to get involved in all areas of the operation. The Position 

  • Assisting clients to get the most out of their software. 
  • Providing high level, on-line product demonstrations and webinars.

  • Attending exhibitions overseas and in the UK. 
  • Document layout creation and writing.

Software Solutions Sales Consultant 

The Position

An exciting opportunity for a Software Solution Sales professional has opened up with inspHire, award winning and leading supplier of software solutions to rental companies both in the UK and internationally (in over 40 countries). With Head Office based in Nottingham and overseas offices in the USA, Netherlands and Australia, we have increased in size year on year since our start in 1997 and now over 100 people strong. Responsibilities

To provide software demonstrations and sales presentations to pre-qualified leads provided to you by our experienced tele-sales team. The average sales values are in the region of £7k to £20k.

  • Progress the sales through all stages of the sale lifecycle to final sign off and deposit payment. 
  • Create inspiring sales proposals both in paper format and using PowerPoint.
  • Ensure you can obtain a great understanding of the exact needs of the customer, map business processes to our solution and have the ability to convey this succinctly to the implementation team
  • UK travel by car and occasional air travel for overseas visits. 

The Successful Candidate

  • Inventive and passionate individual with a 1 to 2 year track record of B2B sales
  • Be able to act on your own initiative and make your own logical calculated decisions.
  • Be able to identify the Return on investment for the client, justify the ROI and present it with evidence.
  • Your approach to selling should be consultative; you must be credible, honest, trustworthy and have a ‘Customer First’ attitude. The’ hard sell’ approach doesn’t work for our clients.

 The Package

  • Basic Salary of £20 to £25k per annum with OTE of £30k per annum.

The Position

Summary

Responsible for the design, implementation and test of enterprise level software applications from detailed specification documents.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop software applications, using a variety of programming languages, from technical specifications and design documents.
  • Work within a defined set of professional coding standards and design guidelines.
  • Be familiar with the concept of continuous integration (automated and continuous builds/test).
  • Demonstrate a high level of software craftsmanship, commitment to quality and a conscientious approach to work.
  • A strong working knowledge of software version control using Subversion/Git (should also be familiar with the concepts of branching/merging etc.).

The Position

The Graduate Trainee position would suit someone seeking a career in the software solutions industry. InspHire System Implementer 

Fantastic Opportunity for the right person who would like to join an ever expanding implementation team, the right candidate must be self-motivated with excellent planning, written and verbal communication skills who must be able to set and meet deadlines working with the end client.

Duties include installing the applications on customer sites, system configuration set up along with end user training, all of this is done working closely with the end client, and making sure this is to the client’s satisfaction.

Ideally this person has implemented or trained on Sage/MGP/SAP or Navision systems. Experience with Microsoft Windows products (both client and server) and database products; experience of Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous for this position, along with any experience of Crystal Report Writer would also be a benefit.
