Customer Success Specialist (Brisbane)

Role and specification overview:

inspHire Ltd is a software business within the Kerridge Commercial Systems group. We boast global recognition by providing market-leading software solutions to a broad range of rental businesses worldwide. 

We’re looking to bring a new Customer Success Specialist on board to work with our two cloud subscription products; OnRent and Current RMS. Helping further grow these products in their industries. You should be someone with a genuine interest in web technology, as you’ll be learning Current RMS and OnRent to demonstrate it to potential customers, helping onboard new businesses, as well as providing technical support as and when needed.  

We’d expect you to be comfortable and confident speaking to prospects and customers over the phone or through our online chat service Intercom and motivated to do what is required to help customers on-board, giving them a helping hand in getting set up and getting the value they’re looking for.

The Customer Success team is a tight unit that is approachable and trustworthy. The way they communicate together, share knowledge and continually work on their development makes it a part of something much more than you would find in your typical customer service role. 

The ideal person:

  • ‘Gets’ the role and is able to hold a conversational tone of voice, through positive or challenging interactions while getting the best results.
  • Wants the role: Someone who genuinely has the fire to see our customers succeed as well as themselves, the business, and their peers.
  • Is capable of understanding the unique aspects of modern web-based software to a degree where they can explain and train others.
  • Will have the motivation to nurture trialists who are either struggling to use the product or who are at a pivotal point where we can convince them to pay.
  • Approaches their work and their relationships with their colleagues with maturity, patience, and professionalism.
  • May have experience in any of the following industries: Live events, broadcast, production, or construction and plant & tool. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Learn (and keep up to date with) the Current RMS and OnRent products and other cloud subscription products within the Group as and if required.
  • Provide excellent support to our customers through online conversations, using our Intercom messenger, or over the phone if needed.
  • Demonstrate the product to prospective customers.
  • Help new trial users get started and on board with the product, helping them import data and set up their systems correctly.
  • Seek feedback from trials and customers on the product, to pass it on to Product and Development.
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects as required to help improve the business’ performance and the product.
