Help Desk Analyst

Your new role

We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join our fast-paced Helpdesk team based in Nottingham. You will be responsible for providing superior customer support that by answering questions and troubleshooting problems with our products.   It would be great if you have some knowledge of an operating system and the architecture of a server.  You will share information proactively, act with integrity and transparency and deliver a clear and consistent service that continues to make our client’s lives easier. Clear and concise communication skills are a must.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Answer or make calls to inspHire customers to learn about and/or address any issues and software needs. 
  • Take full ownership of cases, responding efficiently and accurately. Explain possible solutions to problems, and ensure the customer feels supported and valued.
  • Identify solutions and preventative measures to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Utilise internal systems and keep databases up-to-date.
  • Ensure all cases are progressed in line with the inspHire SLO's.
  • Proactively share information to distribute knowledge and improve the customer experience.

Role Requirements:

  • Good IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop Editions).
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports (Desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Sage Accounting Solutions (Desirable but not essential).
