All our apprentices are given a mentor; they will offer you support and advice throughout your training programme as well as give you training to learn all about our software. We also have an open-door policy which allows us to cultivate mutual respect and collaboration. We’re constantly transferring industry knowledge and experience and learning from each other, there’s probably a thing or too you could teach us as well. It goes without saying, that you’ll feel a valued member of the team from day one!
